BOOK DESIGN: Planning, Conservation + Development, '21-'31
This journal is intended to inform, inspire and promote a growing town in CT. Conservation vs development are the primary concerns, as many homebuyers fled cities to outlying areas, due to the pandemic (creating an urgency for funding).
Careful planning is required for the preservation of natural resources, farmland and history in the area, yet there's the desire to cultivate the local downtown, serve needs of homebuyers and attract corporations. (212 pages). Art Direction and design: Paula Kelly Design, NYC
